You don't have to have connections or be a legacy although that helps. Just be yourself and you will find your place. Keep your mind open when going through because if the chapter you want doesn't work out you can give the one you get a chance!

ZTA is on their A game so they obviously want to keep that up so they will most likely choose girls who can help keep their good standing. We have a lot of great sorority choices here as well as a few that you don't want to be a part of. Keep that in mind while going through recruitment.

Just be aware that Rush is getting more and more competitive each year at State.... Last year over 600 girls signed up. Be yourself & trust the system- the places you thought you would want to end up are not always the places you belong. Also, even if you don't get the sorority you want, sign the bid card & do a trial run with the chapter- you can drop until initiation! Try to relax & put faith in the system- you'll do great!

Those are all great sororities to have has options. Those were the ones I was interested in. All that matters is that you're yourself and don't form to the girls you're talking to. EK and ADPI are more laid back and less involved. DZ and ZTA are top tier but DZ is laid back and ZTA is snobby.

If you aren't from the Raleigh/Charlotte area you may have a hard time getting in EK. At a glance they might not be the most attractive, but definitely have the highest numbers of debs and elite of the area. For ZTA just make sure you look edgy.

Zeta's new pledge class is not at all like the older pledge classes. They are definitely declining....

I'd have to say DG or ZTA are the top tier here. ZTA has the best philanthropy and always wins service awards, if service is important to you. Both are stellar with looks. Good sisterhood too. Definitely the girls that guys love the most. ZTA has a better house, but DG is on greek court. I know girls in both who are great.

Just keep an open mind though and be sure to ask questions!

Wow this is the exact list I had! I honestly thought I was going to go with one of them and ended up in one I never thought I would be in and it worked out great! I love my sisters and the organization. Don't go off what other people say, go where you fit in because you will want to feel comfortable in it and be happy

Do not listen to ANYTHING you read on here EVER. See for yourself when you go through rush who you feel like you fit in with and feel comfortable around. Those are great houses you listed but don't be close minded because some rando on this website said one is top tier and one is not because that's not what NC State greek life is about in the slightest. If you base your decision off of rumors of whos hot and whos not you won't be happy.
