Honestly, I'm not sure what they "did wrong," I think they were just a new house on campus and they never really picked up any traction. They got some girls but not enough to keep a chapter really, and because of the fact they didn't have full chapters, their dues were very high per person. So, not only did they have ridiculously high dues, but they also were never really popular. It's sad but it happens sometimes.
