We have been watching all semester from rushing, pledging, big little, initiations, party’s and participation.
In no particular order.
Tier 1- ZTA, ADPI, SK, DG
Tier 2- DZ, XO, KD, KKG
Tier 3- AXID, Theta, Pi Phi,
FRAT Ranks
In no particular order.
Tier 1 — Snu, PiKapp, Lambda
Tier 2 — Phi Delt, ASig, KA
Tier 3 — Sig Chi, SigEp, Fiji
Tier 4 — DKE, Sig Pi, Pike, Phi Tau, Theta Chi
Tier 5 — Chi Psi, DSig, ATO, BYX, TKE, FH, AGR, AEPi, SAM
If you think this is wrong just know your in a bottom tier.

Maybe need multiple tiers below 1, but tier 1 is currently ZTA, ADPI, SK, DG, DZ, XO.

I disagree, chi o is not anyone's top choice ever. Last year they had like 20 girls spring cob bc they couldn't get numbers and keep them. Kkg had a top recruiting class this year and were peoples top houses for once. DZ shouldn't be top either, makes sense for them to be above chi o but not in the same level of adpi and zeta. Pi phi can be dead last as they got maybe 10 girls but this rank is really just a old standard system that could use some changes and shifts bc many perspectives have changed.

Oh sorry not to mention KD def could drop down after how trasnished there reputation has gotten over the last few years

So guess it was a KKG who started this thread. Lol. Posting FUD about other houses to try to give yourself a boost. There is literally not a thing that is accurate in your post other than perhaps your characterization of pi phi.

KKG has done better than the other lower tier srats lately, so they are improving. I agree with ZTA, ADPI, SK, DG, DZ and XO as tier 1, but KKG should absolutely be tier 2.

doubt a KKG posted the original thread. those girls aren't known to talk crap about others. probably someone in one of the srats listed in top tier

yeah, tent seats known for self promotion on here are AXiD and KD, and KD reports any posts that don't praise them. They reportedly used to have new members write posts to upvote

need 4-5 tiers and after last couple years would put KD down a level to 4, KKG up from bottom tier
and 2nd tier XO and SK
other up for debate
but Theta and PiPhion bottom
