SigEp and Phi Delt in trouble

I heard both sigep and phi delt are in trouble for hazing. Is that true? Also I heard a bunch of sigeps got in trouble for stealing a banner from theta and they gotta go to court or something bc theta is soft and is pressing charges

A membership review is a process by which a group of alumni interview the current brothers and attempt to identify those who have the desire to be a part of a chapter that would aspire to the ideals of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Those that don't wish to go through the process or are rejected are free to immediately join a fraternity that might be more appropriate to the experience that they seek. SigEp HQ wants nothing more than to avoid a membership review – in the end it is an action of last resort, taken only when all other efforts to guide the chapter in improving its operations over several years had failed.

A membership review is pretty much a death sentence. Nationals will do interviews and pressure brothers into becoming snitches. Nationals will eventually cut 2/3 of the guys. The remaining 1/3 will have to decide if they're cool with canceling their brothers. Those that do will then have to follow SigEp rules to the letter - no drinking, no pledging, full time tracking with the Balanced Man app on their phones...
