by: Frat/Srat Tiers
These change depending who you ask, but the general consensus based on membership retention, fraternity/sosority relations, parties, mixers, etc. is as follows:
Sororities:
Tier 1 — ZTA, DG
Tier 2 — SK, ADPi, AXiD, DZ
Tier 3 — XO, KD
Tier 4 — Theta, Pi Phi, KKG
Fraternities:
Tier 1 — SNU, Lambda, Phi Delt, Alpha Sig, Pi Kapp, KA
Tier 2 — Theta Chi, Sig Ep, Fiji, Sig Chi, DKE, Sig Pi
Tier 3 — Phi Tau, Pike
Tier 4 — SAM, Chi Psi, TKE, AGR, FH

For frats, move Sig Chi down to tier 3 atleast, they’re just irrelevant, and KA, ASig, possibly Phi Delt down to tier 2.
Srats look accurate to me, most would group zeta and DG above axid, SK, adpi, and DZ imo, and KD is definitely above the bottom tier atleast based on this criteria despite everyone’s comments. They have much better mixers and fraternity relations than kkg, theta, and pi phi to be grouped with them.

SigEp is committed to being a different kind of student organization – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college student's life. SigEp is unique in that our organization and all events are substance free by choice and we respect everyone's pronouns. The members feel that the personhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. The chapter also works to encourage other student organizations toward eradicating dangerous, illegal alcohol consumption and policing microaggressions and toxic masculinity.

Let’s play spot the axid. And, no, most would not group zeta and DG above the others — not anymore.
