Theta has a new house in Greek Village but not Pi Phi which has been on campus since 2005.
Pi Phi lacks both the money and alum support to build new house resulting in smaller and smaller new member classes and lower grade point average.

Neither Kappa or Pi Phi have a house in Greek Village but Theta does. Pi Phi has been on NCSU. campus since 2005, nearly 20 years, but still can't afford to build a house in Greek Village. So sad.

Kappa and Pi phi have always been above theta. The only reason theta gets girls is because of their house and even then they were on the verge of losing it to another chapter
