What frats are good and which ones are bad and why

Stay away from anyone bottom tier like chi psi, agr, dke and KA. Farmhouse is meh, the guys are okay but not the best and pike is new so idk much abt them. Lambda and snu and still the best parties and tke and the sig chi/pi is mid and pi kapp is dropping.

this isn’t true Lambda doesn’t even throw and tke is so far low if not the lowest with chi psi
