Not true. One of the architects for the signu house was an old lambda at state who also designed the lambda house after and made it ~4 sq feet bigger to beat it out for biggest house on campus lmao. Look up floor plans

Let me clarify, if pikapp is in the old delta sig house on tryon, then that one is bigger than anything on greek village. However, that house died like 8 years ago and nobody wants to drive 20 minutes off campus to hang with whoever tf pikapp is, which is why greek village was redesigned in the first place
