What is going on with UPD

I’ve heard UPD is shutting down every party so frats are throwing anymore. Why are they being buzz kills all of a sudden?

They’re trying to make all frats “register” their parties and crackdown on underage drinking. Essentially they’re destroying Greek life and IFC is under investigation too.
