How to secure a bid from a top sorority

This could just be a rumor but I’ve heard from multiple people when going through formal recruitment(sorority) if you get your ass ate/eaten, while at a frat party you automatically get a bid. Allegedly if you also record it, they will promote you to pledge-master immediately after initiation. Comment if you’ve also heard this!
