The only upvotes on this are people in the fraternities u ranked as rising lol
Here are the facts:
Snu- stagnant, easily still top
Lambda- stagnant/fell slightly to right below snu.
Phi delt- falling slightly. They’re getting smaller classes than snu and lambda in recent years + worse house out of all top tiers.
Theta chi- rising, sure a little
Sig chi- rising, hosted almost every major party this year w/ snu
Pkp- stagnant/rising slightly
SigEp- falling, but not as fast as everyone makes it out to be
DKE- falling, too small of a chapter w/ no campus house
Asig- stagnant/rising slightly
Phi tau- rising barely
Fiji- stagnant
Sig pi- falling

Pkp is not rising lmaoooo. They are a huge joke to a bunch of fraternities and they just started to get a pledge process and they got caught FIRST semester

PKP is also one of the only frats on campus to mix with all the top sororities as well, I’d place their social standing high any day in that regard

These comments are mad that they don’t have as good of relations with top sororities as PKP does. I can easily say that most of my friends and sorority sisters view them as rising the fastest. The current “top tier” fraternities dont have mixers with top sororities anymore for a reason. Next time you pay to go to a “top tier” party, take a look around at how many freshman there are then point out how many “top tier” sorority girls are around 🤣 The three fraternities in greek village are all falling, take a look at their numbers and retention rate. There’s a reason half the brothers drop. The one fraternity in greek village was never even top to begin with. These comments are mad they didn’t mix with DG, DZ and ZTA last semester

Pikapp had their formal and like 1/4 of their chapter went….. dont think they are as united as yall think. Their own president dropped the position 2 months in because he couldnt handle their student conduct case, bunch of casuals

Agree with the comment about paying for top tier party “LDOC”. Had I know it was a mess I wouldn’t have paid a single dollar for that, really underwhelming
