Rushing as a junior transfer?

I might be transferring next year, would be coming in as a sophomore by credits but a third year. Wondering if I’d be able to rush or it’s not really a thing as a junior?

you’re not a junior then, you’re a sophomore.

rushing is fine as a sophomore, tell people you’re a sophomore
