fraternity help?

Looking at transferring and hoping I could get kind of a guide of what the fraternities are like at NC State?

Please also add info on any hazing.

p.s. I'm not from the south (I wouldn't ask but after a reaction I got at a school in South Carolina thought I should) will that matter at any of the fraternities at nc state?

I am a northerner in a fraternity here and I would say at most fraternities that doesn't matter. I heard that KA is mostly a southern fraternity at state, but most of the other fraternities have at least a few northerners. Also, I dont really know a fraternity that doesn't at least haze a little bit. Many will say they don't haze during rush but its all lies. There are only a few that actually haze really bad though.

There are definitely some that don't haze at all, mine included.

Nearly every fraternity has at least someone from the north. If you want to get in a better fraternity expect a tougher pledge process. If you're afraid of any hazing whatsoever join sig ep. But don't expect many good looking girls coming around
