Is Pi Kapp a good Frat?

Honestly, Pi Kapp is a very mature fraternity and they will probably raise in tiers after just getting Beta’s old house. They are definitely on the rise and will begin to give some of the top frats a run for their money, but probably won’t be top tier for a year or two. Parties are always safe and fun, but their current house gets packed pretty easily so it’s never too many people, just really crowded/cramped. In my experience, they are definitely one of the more involved fraternities in regards to sorority events/homecoming, and the guys are pretty cool. They had the biggest PC last fall, and from what I heard, a great rate of acceptance, heard they offered around 40 bids and got 35 accepted bids in fall which says a lot, especially for not having a Greek mansion at the time.

I got a homie in pi kapp and he smells like hot dogs a lot. Pretty cool guy though if you're noseblind.
