They’re the only house in mini greek court that is nc state owned so its not really a good place to live.

Nah, they should be straight being in university owned housing. They already only do events by the books so they will be fine in university owned property. Also, it’s so far away from campus that the only way that campus police will just drive by is if they get reported.
