Varies per chapter there are definitely very tough ones and cakewalks. The ones that have a very easy process are not remotely close to high or mid tier at all.
Heres how I’d say it is in terms of hardest pledge process.
Hell: Snu, Sig chi, Phi delt
Very hard: Sig pi, Alpha sig, Lambda
Hard: KA, Fiji, Dke
Mid: Theta chi, Beta, Sig ep
Cakewalks: Chi psi, pkp, phi tau. These ones are at the bottom of the barrel though so consider that

100% cap, it took dke an hour to set up their own damn tent at the tailgate. No way in hell they are "hard" on pledging when every other established frat is sub 10 mins setting up their tent.

SigEp was founded on the philosophy of love. Our founders believed brotherly love must be given in order to be received. Implementing equal rights and responsibilities is the ultimate expression of brotherly love. It allows us to share brotherly love with all members of the chapter. Creating equal rights and responsibilities separates SigEp from every fraternity on campus, making our chapter more appealing to potential new members.

These guys wont shut up about their stupid non pledge process. Everyone knows at the nc state chapter u guys break ur national rules and try to act tough to pledges to cover up ur fruity nature.
