Pretty accurate how snu lambda and sigep is at the bottom of brotherhood. Too many members to know each other well/ only close with their pledge class.

Agree mostly, theta chi is not on the rise and is somehow still completely irrelevant

They got the old zeta mansion and apparently did pretty good in rush. They’re still somewhat new but they’re chill overall and have a pretty good tailgate tent. Definitely will take some more time to get to top tier but they definitely aren’t irrelevant.
