Incoming Freshman Message:

For Class of 2025 Freshman, before you hear pitches from fraternities who are trying to recruit you let me tell you things they won't:

Alpha Sig is on probation for another year and can't party/tailgate/have functions at their big house.

Sig Pi and KA are both suspended pending hearing.

Sig Ep is in huge danger of losing their house and is on social probation for THREE YEARS, meaning they can't recruit/tailgate/have functions at their house for 3 years.

Sigma Nu and Lambda are on probation for another year I believe but they haze very badly so try to stay away.

Beta are try hards and claim they are the best, egos are through the roof, but if you would like to get made fun of, definitely go here. They are big because they throw greasy parties for geeds.

Phi Delt has nothing wrong with them really except their house is kinda in a bad spot.

FIJI is small but growing, don't know much else.

PKP and Theta Chi are newish in the past few years but have good numbers, don't know much else.

Phi Tau, Chi Psi, Delta Sig are lowest tier.

Sigma Chi I haven't heard anything about since like 2015.

DKE, TKE, Pike, and Kappa Sig are all underground, don't go here.

ATO and SAE are coming back this fall, will be growing for a couple years.

If you want to go to a fraternity where you won't get lied to and that is not in trouble, your best bets are Phi Delt, Beta, FIJI, Theta Chi, PKP, Sigma Chi. You could go Phi Tau, Delta Sig, Chi Psi but they aren't necessarily relevant.

I’d throw phi tau in with pkp and theta chi i know some cool guys in there and they have way more brothers than dsig and chi psi

Correction: Sigma Nu is banned from hosting social events for 4 years. Dont see how they can get a good pledge class in the fall if freshman find this out.
