Question about Delta Sig

I’m gonna be freshman at State next fall and I plan on rushing. My dad was a Delta Sig at another school so I’m a legacy. Are they any good at State? Can anyone give some sort of description about them?

they were good but kinda douchey then they got kicked off and they’re back but since they’re new they’re probably more geed

they have a house next year. bottom tier for sure but they’re new so it is expected. i think the house will help them in rush the guys aren’t bad

I know a bunch of Dsig brothers and they are 100% moving into the current KA (old Phi Tau) greek village house. That house is smaller and will be almost filled in the Fall and completely filled in Spring.
