virtual recruitment definitely did not level the playing field for me. i honestly felt like i was being judged based on my appearance and how my instagram looked lmfao it was also so hard to get a vibe from each sorority i talked to since i wasn’t talking to them in person. no wonder so many pnm’s dropped this year..
