the lowdown on greek life
by: ...DKE and Sigma Nu are suspended. Not sure for how long or the implications of this “suspension”. KA and Beta are in trouble, but I’m not aware of how much trouble they’re in. The Chi O Twitter thing is very out of context. The girl who they were talking about was psychotic during her membership, dropped on her own accord, was a bully herself, and those girls didn’t even know that she was in the group chat. Everyone is making it out to be a much bigger deal than it is, and what those girls said wasn’t even bad. That “book” is a senior roast book and it’s meant to be funny. IFC needs to relax. There’s no benefit in any of their actions. Everybody drinks in college, and these boys who are joining know what they’re getting into. The only sororities who are relevant at this point are Chi O, DZ, and Zeta. For fraternities, it’s only Phi Delt and Lambda. Greek life is really going downhill.
