Are there any sororities still giving out snap bids ?

I think you're confused about what snap bids are. Snap bids happen when a chapter didn't meet quota and extends bids to girls who went through formal recruitment but didn't match. Snap bids are given BEFORE Bid day festivities. But at this point, chapters may be doing COB, or Continuous Open Bidding (basically informal recruitment). Idk if any are right now, but you can email Panhellenic to learn more, or if you have friends in sororities let them know you're interested in COB. Good luck!
