Top: Phi Delt— they’re on their own level and there’s no comparison
Lower top: Sigma Nu, Lambda
Upper mid: KA, Sig Chi (I normally would put these two in lower top, but they’re way less social and throw way less events than Sig Nu and Lambda)
Mid: Sig Pi, Sig Ep, DKE, Pike
Bottom: everyone else kinda sucks

Top-Lambda, Snu
Mid-Sig Chi, KA, PKT, Kappa Sig, Alpha Sig, Phi Delt
Bottom- TKE, DKE, Pike, Sig Ep, Beta, Sig Pi
Phi Delt is full of the stereotypical douchebags and aren't much fun to be around. Alpha Sig has been throwing better parties now but still no comparison to Delta Sig. Pike's parties are a bunch of high schoolers. Lambda has stayed top and is my favorite mixer. Also great looking guys in that one. Beta is a bunch of nerds. PKT has guys you can have an actual conversation with and surprisingly throw bangers. Sig Ep is fruity. SNu are a fun time when drunk but not so much when sober.

BAHAHA I’m sorry hold on you said ALPHA SIG throws good parties? Have you been to one? Like no hate towards them they the homies but their parties suck. Also PHI TAU???? Bunch of gdis so and their parties also high key suck. Phi delt is 100% top tier you probably have never been to one of their parties. Dke is not bottom either. You right about everyone else tho

Alright if we being honest about frat ranks here we go:
Top: Phi Delt, Lambda
Upper Mid: Snu, Sig Chi, KA
Mid: Sig Pi, Dke, Sigep
Lower mid: Alpha sig, Beta
Bottom: FIJI, Phi tau, PKP, Tke and the rest
Phi delt has the hottest guys for sure and they throw fun parties/darties. Lambda boys are super fun to hang out with, have the best tailgate, and the best house rn. Snu throws fun parties but the guys are meh. Sig chi rarely has anything huge but the guys are hot and when they do throw down it’s lit. KAs are not that cute and are kinda falling off and their parties make me a little uncomfortable but they are still exclusive. Sig Pi throws huge parties and that’s about all that’s going for them. Dke darties are hype af and the guys are the most laid back dudes you’ll ever meet. Sigep is... fruity lol. Alpha Sig doesn’t throw great parties but they are the nicest guys ever. Beta is just a bunch of nerds but they’re nice as well, they’re parties also kinda suck. The rest are honestly irrelevant lol

Kappa sig and pike are suspended so they don’t count but honestly they’d both be lower mid

Just look at the tailgate lots to see. Lambda and phi delta are next to each other and have the biggest tailgates for a reason.
