new ranks post recruitment!

First off, congratulations ladies! You made it through another year of recruitment!
Ranks in order of tier... same line could be interchangeable

Top: DZ/ChiO/DG
Upper Mid: ZTA/ADPi
Mid: KD/Sig Kap
Lower Mid: Theta/ Pi Phi
Bottom: Kappa

Based on how recruitment went this is what I believe. Only real change was Sig Kap and Theta... a lot of pnms were upset with Sig Kap this year and Theta honestly knocked it out of the water!
