They're a relatively new group (at least they recently returned) so they're growing a lot and still looking for stability. That's not a bad thing as it means they're in a position to do a lot of exciting stuff in the next few years, but it's not necessarily a good thing either. You might be dealing with moving from house to house, struggling to get your identity built up on campus (I know, I've seen it). I'd say what I said to the TKE/Chi Psi legacy. Contact their rush chair, let him know who you are, and they'll make an effort to show you what they're about. If it's not what you're looking for, look elsewhere. Don't limit yourself, but don't count them out.
