Honest opinion on chances during rush form a transfer student (sophomore) in state, but coming from an out of state SEC

I've seen seniors get bids before so the whole transfer thing doesn't matter. Regardless if you do informal in the spring or formal in the fall just find people you get along with and you'll more than likely get one regardless of year/where you started college.
