They got caught having a rush function at their house. Probably not getting a pledge class this semester

Heard, they got suspended a month and will be back after that since it's their first ever incident or something.

It may be the first incident but it probably couldn't have been worse lol. The house got raided and they were caught providing to minors. They can't do formal rush and get pledges this year either. They're finished. "Coming back in a month"=suspended pending an investigation which will lead to getting kicked off.
