Who are getting the next 2 new houses?

Not sure who is "supposed" to get the next houses, but it's generally whoever has the funding. For instance, a house not on campus could theoretically buy a plot of land and be building this summer provided they had the national support and funding.

This is incorrect. All of the plots of land in Greek Court are already assigned to specific houses, and many already have funding/plans of funding from nationals. The timing is organized entirely by the Greek Village Project, regardless of a chapter's funds or desire to relocate.

Pretty sure its DZ and Sig Ep, Sig Ep supposed to be breaking ground (starting construction) in the lot next to Snu, heard they are having trouble with funds tho so they lose rights to the lot and it could end up going to a sorority if they dont break ground by the end of the year

This is what I meant by my first comment. Yes, all the lots have been bought but a lot of houses can't actually keep them before building due to funding, getting kicked off, etc.

Lambda Chi is groundbreaking this semester or next semester for sure

The next frat to get a new house is still up in the air because yes sig ep was supposed to get it but it might end up going to lambda because of their financial issues. The next sorority to get it is pretty much definitely DZ from what I've heard
