First, KA is was a top in the past but they aren't relevant anymore. Sig Chi will be good once they get back, but for now they can't really do much. You didn't even spell Lambda right so it's obvious you don't know much, and Kappa Sig just got raided. Everything is above TKE. "If you can't go greek, go TKE." Active Top Three should be D Sig, Sig Nu, Phi Delt. Lambda will be a powerhouse in two years once they get their new house. Other then those top 5 (with K Sig gone) everyone else is irrelevant. Dont' try to rate fraternities if 1) You're not in a sorority. That's the only rule. We mix with all them, we know who the best are.

Those three are definitely good though. All three had high retention rates this year with really good pledge classes. They all have their pros and cons though, which some people choose to look at in positive or negative ways. Sig Nu has a fantastic house but to keep it they have to give out a lot of bids. Lambda Chi can be a little odd but have a lot of cool guys and are getting a new house. Phi Delt is still a fairly new fraternity and the junior/senior classes are pretty odd (I have yet to meet any seniors since they keep them away) but their younger classes are solid. It's all a matter of perspective, older girls like certain fraternities that the younger ones don't. I've always loved KA but a lot of our younger girls haven't even met guys there. Form your own opinions on based on your time at each house, don't pay attention to GR.

This is pretty accurate. I'm in a sorority but I don't think Dsig should be in top tier with KA and Sig Chi. They should be down with Sig Nu and Lambda Chi. Lambda Chi is under rated. They have a lot of hot guys but they came back on campus a few years ago so I guess they're still trying to build things up. Lambda Chi is better than Sig Nu. I would put Phi Delt above Sig Nu. The rest are irrelevant. Alpha Sig use to be top before they got kicked off so they have a lot to build up to. Along with PIKE. Once you get kicked off you're basically starting from nothing, but those 2 use to be good in 2009 ish

Well I'm in a sorority and you have no idea what you're talking about. Sig chi isn't even a fraternity at this school this year and Dsig got the best pledge class by far, you can't argue that because they always do. Sig nu is better than phi delt and lambda chi, there house really helped with there last few pledge classes and they are on the way up for sure.
