Opinions on whos top tier, middle tier, bottom tier for fall 2016?

Based just on pledge classes and just on looks:

ZTA/DG
ADPi/Pi Phi
DZ/EK
Chi O
KD
Theta

I know that isn't the overall ranking at all but based on just PC16 there were some surprising results
