Just like any other new chapter, they're going to have to work their way up the ranks for a while. They probably won't have the best incoming pledge class unless they get SUPER lucky, because those girls are going to go straight to the top houses like ZTA and DZ with established and solid reputations. These first two semesters will definitely set them up for success or failure, as they need to get off the ground and make a name for themselves. A lot of this depends on the girls who form the early pledge classes, as they'll be setting the groundwork and reputation that will enable them to grow in numbers and reputation in the future.

They're starting with a nice house so that might help them do better than some of the other newer sororities

EVERY national has both strong and weak chapters nationally. What do you mean by "pretty awful"? I'll bet YOUR chapter is"pretty awful" at some schools too.

Just like any new sorority or fraternity, they are gonna start in a rough spot. Ask again in 3-4 years
