updated fraternity rankings

Sigma chi still has their house and brothers. They'll probably be active just underground, so they're still top tier. However if you're going strictly off of school recognized fraternities then this is probably accuratte.

delta sig would struggle to be mid tier if they didnt have that house

99% sure Sigma chi is still active just on probation. Basically the equivalent to what KAs social scene is minus tailgates. They still reign

the difference between out mid and top tiers is equivalent to that of most school's top and bottom tiers.

what about like sig pi and sig ep theyre definitely at least middle tier fraternities? Theyre much better than bottom tier garbage like chi psi and tke...

KA disg and maybe like lambda actually matter. Sig nu phi delt and kappa sig just "exist" and then anyone not mentioned blows lets be honest...

Honestly KA Delta Sig, Sigma Nu, Lambda Chi Phi delt, and Kappa Sig are the only fraternities worth paying for. (phi delt and kappa sig only because theyre cheaper than the rest since neither are really that good) Theyre the only fraternities that can tailgate, legitimately mix with sororities, and have constant funding for events.

Sure fraternities like pkp are good underground but wait till after rush theyll become nonexistent and their funding will dry up since guys arent gonna pay $1000+ for no house, and a non legitimate fraternity.

KA is most def not recognized as top tier by anyone other than KA or maybe DZ lol. Its pretty much the campus wide consensus that they are upper middle tier. Nothing wrong with that, some chill dudes.

State just has a bunch of mid tier fraternities at the moment honestly. I dont think there is any clear top fraternities going into rush this year
