So does that mean transfers don't ever live in the house or are there a few juniors? Do upperclass girls ever move into the house second semester? After rush do girls cut their on campus meal plans and eat meals at the house or just the girls who live in the house?

There are no set rules and upperclassman can live in the houses, and often do. Many though do choose to live in an apartment after time in the house. If there is room in the house, you can move in anytime. Typically the meal plan is for those living in it.

I'm a rising sophomore and there are a few juniors living in the house with us this year! Some choose to live in the apartments but some choose to live with their pledge class for a year. Sometimes the in-house girls will drop, study abroad, or work in a Co-op which opens up room in the house for anyone to move in whether they be upper classmen, freshmen, or sophomores not living in the house. People with an NCSU meal plan will have the sorority meal plan as well since it's a way many houses receive money to pay for things.
