This is where I have to step in and say that I personally know a few parents whose daughters are in the Sigma Kappa sorority, and can confirm that they are not even remotely wealthy or well-to-do. They may put on a show or pretend that they have assets, or they may own a home in older sections of Raleigh, but very few of these people are wealthy. Not sure why the Sigma Kappas would act snobbish because many are just bland, average girls who come from middle class families.

They love golden goose sneakers, KA frat boys, white dresses, nicotine, and voting republican. Bonus points if you're blonde and/or own a pink cowgirl hat. There's an obvious lack of POC in the chapter and it's kinda uncomfortable tbh. BIG daddy's money girls who suffer from main character syndrome when the majority of campus doesn't know who they are.
