Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.0 Phi Phi is lower middle tier I wouldn’t consider any chapter but Theta bottom tier. Their pledge classes have gotten hotter and wilder each year but they always show up for their events. The unregistered mixers are questionable as is some of the girl’s behavior but it’s a mixed bag. Although it is easy to get a bid from them it seems to be working for them because they have a pretty decent group of girls.

Phi Phi is lower middle tier I wouldn’t consider any chapter but Theta bottom tier. Their pledge classes have gotten hotter and wilder each year but they always show up for their events.
