Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.2 They literally bid everybody. I know a lot of sororities who hate going there, they are no fun, and a bunch of goobs. Rush elsewhere, believe me. If they could they would bid your mother.
