when I rate a fraternity i also consider past history, and unlike pkp ato theta chi ect... sigma got in trouble ( i think same position sigma pi was in ) and came out alright. Did they mass recruit last spring? yes and that hurt them quality wise but overall theyre arguably one of the "better" fraternities at state

People on here are jealous that girls actually like them, my favorite fraternity by far they are the realest guys youll ever meet super cool and hot so fun to hang out with, always with DG and Zeta

Now that they're off probation they're back to being one of the top fraternities at State. With Delta Sig in trouble and Sigma Chi slipping, another solid pledge class could put them at the top.

Having the nice house makes them an easy target. One of the few fraternities not in trouble, so they can actually tailgate in the fall. Have a chance to step up in the fall, so we'll see if it happens
