Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 2.2 Yea I rushed them freshman year. They seemed to have a tight brotherhood but they have such little numbers, they seemed a little strange, and their average GPA is so bad. Hard to say anything but bottom tier.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.6 After a few years of inconsistent leadership and struggles of gaining good membership, the members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon have rebounded unlike many of the fraternities that have gotten in trouble. A year of being incident free and having secured a new house should do a lot for them.
