Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.0 Now that pkp, theta chi, ato, fiji are dead, phi delt will be the central location for all pi phis chi os and thetas which is not something to be proud of. Being far away from other sororities hurts them, because they dont have the reputation like sigma chi or delta sig to be isolated and do well. They have the numbers and potential to be better but living near an area that is becoming less college friendly will kill them like it did to sigma pi
