Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.0 I only rank so low to balance out the other ones. These guys are alright, but I wouldn't even put these guys in the top 5 let a lone best overall.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.8 I'll definitely agree with the poster below me that they shouldn't be rated as the best fraternity and are more like just at the top of middle tier, but do you really think zeta psi is top tier? Zeta psi isn't even a real fraternity at NC State, just a bunch of wake tech sketchy guys. Lambda Chi's are great and definitely deserve respect on campus, but 4th or 5th best on campus is more realistic. Having them at #1 is just the inaccuracy of greek rank.
