Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.8 People are hard core hating on Fiji but they have been on probation literally forever so they can't throw parties. And saying that they aren't "fraty" sounds like a good thing to me. The guys are real and their brotherhood is real. Their brothers joined for the real meaning of a fraternity, brotherhood, not parties.
