Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 5.0 This fraternity is by far, the best fraternity at state. They have an incredible house, the guys are cool for the majority, they have plenty of money to throw awesome parties. It seems like there are a lot of people on this site that want to bring them down, but I dont think that these people really know what they are talking about.
