I know guys in there that are super smart, but again, they don't have a house on greek court. All in all, pretty mid-tier fraternity

you cant be middle tier but also not have a house. The requirement to be even bottom tier is to have a house and be of a decent size. This fraternity doesnt even make it on to the tier list.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.4 The kind of guys you'll end up marrying. They have really sweet and smart guys, but having said that, they don't have a house on Greek court. Like every fraternity they have some really attractive guys as well, but they also don't throw huge parties. All in all, mid tier

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.0 Beta has a minimum GPA of 3.0 and they've already kicked out of lot of their best brothers that couldn't maintain that standard so you're left with nerdy goobers. During formal rush in the fall they only pulled about 3 pledges from formal recruitment. They don't have a house. They are very disorganized because none of the brothers know how to run a fraternity or what fraternities even do. Over heard some brothers talking about how they didn't even know what homecoming was.
