Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.4 They have some guys who are douchebags but they have good sorority relations and parties. I wouldn't categorize these guys as southern gentlemen but they at least know how to have a good time.
