Ugh. some of these comments or so off the mark. We're ranking off averages-- that means that unless you are "out of this world ah-mazing" you shouldn't even have five starts. Tri Delta had a few issues after their founding class left, but they are still a great chapter. The greek housing project kind of screwed them in the building of their new house so late in the project (compared to KD), but that's life. DDD is a great chapter-- just like most of the other chapters. Let's be nice, here.
