I don't care what anyone says about Farmhouse, I consider them one of the best fraternities at State. Over the past year or so, they've also gained a LOT of popularity. (I recall their last party of spring 2013 semester having to go through almost 12 kegs, but I digress) They are way more than the redneck, country boy stereotype that everyone gives them. They are a genuinely great group of guys.

I've been to several events where KD girls were and it has never been a great experience. I like a few of the girls, but the majority of them were rude, with a few of them getting very sloppy when it came to alcohol use and whatnot. But besides that, they seem to have a great sisterhood.

As a current rushee, this group is one of the more popular ones among the other girls rushing. They are friendly, funny, and very easy to socialize with. I had read/heard many bad things about PiPhi in the past, but I was incredibly surprised to find out that they were some of the nicest girls I have ever meant. Top tier for sure.

As a freshman going through Rush right now, I found them to be very rude and unfriendly to out of state students. They told one girl that they would not have been as nice to her had they known she was from the north. These girls are mean, unfriendly, and fake. Glad I was able to drop them in the early rounds.

As a current pnm I can say that the majority of other Rush girls I have met absolutely love Chi O. They might have had a bad rep in the past but this year the girls rushing definitely see them as one of the top sororities.

I know a few of the girls and they're really nice and everything, butttt it's kind of a well known thing that Tri Delta is the least popular out of all the sororities.
