Got a long way to go but these guys could definitely be a mid-topmid tier fraternity within a few years if they can get a house and get their numbers back up - Like what the people said below they have some awesome functions and such but just so rare like other fraternities have multiple events a week these guys may at times throw like one event a month if that.

By far the best fraternity at state. Their social budget is enormous so they always have the best parties, by far. The house is a little ways from campus which seems to be a problem on this site, but they actually own it, unlike almost every fraternity at state.
