It's too early to say anything of substance since they literally started yesterday.

But from what I've seen so far, it seems they did really well. Regardless, I would keep an open mind about Greek life in general. If legacy is important to you and your family, then go ahead and pick DG. If you feel more at home elsewhere, pick a different chapter. Remember two things: 1) it's a mutual selection process so even if you pick a chapter, you may not end up there so don't have your heart set on one house and 2) NYU's greek life isn't really intense and whatever house you end up in, you'll have something to gain/learn :)
