fraternities as nba teams

Nobody: Warriors. At NYU there is a lack of a top house. It was Pike a couple of years ago but things are starting to change. Pretty much three fraternities that could possibly hold this position next year. Let's see who wants to be Steph Curry ;)

Zeta Psi: Thunder. Didn't even exist until a few years ago. Then relocated from Seattle, got two good draft picks in KD and Westbrook (recent pledge classes), and have been fighting for the title. Like Westbrook wearing leather tank-tops, they are overly douchey and try-hardy, but are title contenders nonetheless

Pike: Cavaliers. Thought they had the best big 3 combination in the world, but not producing as they should. Like Lebron, will say without hesitation that they are the best in the world, but that's up for debate. The fact that they fired their head coach after a great start to the year makes you scratch you head, but you do you Pike

AEPi: Lakers. Were once always a threat to win the championship. Had a great rivalry with Boston (Pike) and managed to make the Greek scene interesting. Have been sanctioned by NYU recently, and might have to pull a Kobe and just try to enjoy the farewell tour.
