I wasn't able to make the first event cause of class. Am I not gonna get a bid because of it? There are two other events and fall recruitment so is that enough?

Missing one event isn't going to be the end of the world. If you're concerned, reach out to their rush chair. They'll usually have contact info on their rush flyer or Facebook page/website.
